The cold bus phone can also be reached via WhatsApp. Locations can be shared directly there.
After the Monday and Wednesday editions at Breslauer Platz, the cold bus is on the road in the city, visiting known locations as well as locations of homeless people reported via the cold bus telephone.
On Wednesdays, in addition to the food distribution, there is also a clothes distribution.
In winter, on days when the outside temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, an emergency service is on the road, which drives to addresses reported via the cold bus telephone.
