Counselling is free of charge, confidential, protected and unbureaucratic. It can be done by telephone, by e-mail or in a personal meeting. Counselling is available in German, English and Turkish.

The counselling centre is a specialised counselling centre for women* according to §§ 67 ff. of the Social Code Book XII. Counselling is provided on the following topics, among others:

(Impending) homelessness
Questions about unemployment benefit II, basic security or other social benefits
Financial problems, debts
Difficulties with authorities or other institutions
Physical, mental or sexual experiences of violence
Domestic violence or stalking
Family or partnership conflicts
Separation and divorce
Addiction
Physical and mental health
Other life crises
Migration
