Homeless people living on the street can ask Housing First for a housing offer, with their own tenancy agreement.
After that, you decide before or after moving in what other help you need or whether you want to try to live your life independently again with a little support in your own living space.
As it is not easy to find a cheap flat in Köln, there will be longer waiting times.
This offer is free of charge.
